Put Your Two Cents In On Nima.Co

Put Your Two Cents InHave you ever read a blog and wished you could politely and indirectly provide feedback? Maybe the person that’s blogging is providing good info, but it’s over your head, or maybe you’re looking for high level actionable items and they’re writing on the basics.  I definitely have, but I didn’t know how to go about it.  I want to make sure I’m providing you with the info that YOU need. That’s right, this is your chance to engage,  put your two cents in and basically tell me what to do!

One of the greatest challenges that I’ve faced with blogging is creating community. A blogs content is unidirectional, but the purpose of why I blog is to create and spark ideas, read conflicting opinions and engage in a conversation. If you have any feedback I’m all ears. Please select which topic you would prefer I blog more frequently about. If the item isn’t on the list then I encourage you to leave a comment at the bottom of the post with your request. Thanks again for supporting Nima.Co by filling out the poll below:

What subject matter would you like me to blog about more often?

    Nima,

Do you recommend using escrow.com if an end user reaches out to you directly to buy a domain?

    Thanks,Brad

      Hi Brad,

That’s a great question. Yes, Escrow.com is my preferred escrow service for domain sales. It’s a very clean and professional process which is easy to follow; 1)Buyer and seller agrees to terms 2)The buyer pays Escrow 3)The seller confirms the domain transfer or change of account process has been initiated 4)The domain push is completed 5)The funds are released to the seller.

What price range are you in? I believe the fee percentage is decreased based on the sale price. Let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance.

      Thanks for reaching out!

It’s $800 so it’s the higher price tier of their fee structure.  I told the potential buyer he would have to pay the escrow fees.  Keep up the good work on the site.
